Description Icon Description

Fibreglass sheets offer a highly effective anti-slip surface

Our 4mm standard thickness fibreglass sheets are made from premium quality GRP. They are coated in a combination of aluminium oxide and resin components to form a highly effective anti-slip flooring surface. Their purpose is to reduce the risk of slips and falls in workplace and public access areas.

Fibreglass flat sheets are a longer lasting option, compared to anti-slip tapes and paints. Not only are they a near permanent solution, they are also low maintenance and easy to clean. What’s more, GRP panels can be installed with ease and are suitable for attaching to a wide range of base materials. These include common pre-existing surfaces such as concrete, metal, wood and asphalt, as well as ceramics, plastics and even open mesh grating.

Even if there is minor damage or deterioration to an existing floor surface, with a combination of grouts, adhesive/sealant and fasteners, our team can effectively fix, seal and bond the edges of each fibreglass sheet. This renews the floor surface preventing any ingress of moisture.

Bespoke fibreglass sheets cut to the required size

Whatever the size and shape of the floor in question, our fibreglass sheets can be cut to the required size. For your convenience, this can either be done prior to delivery or on-site, during the installation. Our team use diamond-tipped tools to cut each flat sheet to the exact dimensions required.

To accommodate all requirements, standard dimension sheets are available from stock in commonly used black and yellow colours. Plus, we can quickly fulfil more bespoke requests directly from our UK manufacturing facility. There are a number of customisation options for your 4mm fibreglass flat sheets. As well as custom sizes, using our waterjet cutting service, we can supply your floor sheets featuring a company name or safety hazard signs.

We can even make them in any RAL/BS colour, or range of colours. Our team recently fulfilled a multicoloured order for a customer, as part of a celebration of diversity on their site.
